He will be responsible for sales, marketing and business development activities,
including identifying new opportunities, creating new business models, forming
strategic partnerships and integrating STgenetics’ activities, products and services
within his regions of responsibility to ensure customers receive fast and efficient
service.

with the passionate and committed people at STgenetics.”
Dr. Kalarickal has more than 30 years of technical, commercial, managerial and
leadership experience in various dairy farming related industries. He comes to
STgenetics from IDEXX Laboratories, the world’s largest veterinary diagnostics
company, where he was Global Senior Commercial Manager for the company’s
pregnancy test portfolio. Prior to working at IDEXX, Dr. Kalarickal’s experience
included serving as Senior Director of International Sales at Alta Genetics,
International Marketing Director at ABS Global and Marketing Manager at DeLaval.
He has also managed several large dairy farms and has served as a veterinary
surgeon.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine from Kerala Agricultural
University in India, a master's degree in Veterinary Public Health from the
University of Glasgow, UK, and an MBA from the University of Birmingham, UK. Dr.
Kalarickal also recently completed the Harvard Business School’s prestigious
Authentic Leadership Development program.
Dr. Kalarickal was born in India but has spent most of his career living in other
countries with his family. He currently lives in the United Kingdom with his wife and
two sons but plans to relocate to the United States and will be based at STgenetics’
headquarters in Navasota, Texas. His wife is a veterinarian specializing in cell and
tissue engineering. His elder son is an Econometrician and is completing his Ph.D. at
University College London. His younger son will begin medical school this fall at
Queen Mary University in London.
